Training Journal is a private, single-user application operated by Alexis de Coninck for personal use. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered to the public, and it is not available for sign-up.
The owner only. Access is restricted to a single authorised Google account. Any other attempt to access it is unauthorised.
This application is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It displays data recorded by consumer wearable hardware, which is indicative and not clinically validated. Nothing it shows should be used to diagnose, treat or make decisions about any health condition. Consult a qualified professional for that.
The application is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, whether because a device was not worn, a sync failed, or an upstream service changed. No guarantee is made about availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this application.
The application reads data from the Google Health API and uses the Anthropic API to generate written summaries. Use of those services is subject to their own terms. See the privacy policy for what is sent where.
These terms may change; the date above changes with them. The operator may stop running the application at any time, without notice, for any reason.
